Return & Refund Policy

Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Custom Orders:
No returns or refunds are allowed on custom orders, as these are personalized items made specifically for you. However, returns or exchanges may be accepted at our discretion if there is a defect or issue with the order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Situations
We may offer partial refunds in certain cases, such as:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).

  4. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Some items may qualify for an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. If you need to request an exchange, contact us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
